Project Description:

The new roughly 10,000-square-foot facility, located at the current end of Adams Drive near Habersham Home West, is the first of several planned new facilities to expand and improve care at the Demorest hospital campus. The rehab facility will include space for the cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation centers as well as physical therapy, speech, and occupational health units.
